Dr. Srilatha R Ayirala, MD

I am certain Dr. Ayirala can provide excellent care to her patients, however, I was not one of them. I explained to Dr. Ayirala that I was currently in extreme pain from a torn rotator cuff and chronic arthritis, so a stress test would need to be rescheduled. I was unable to make the appointment, so Dr. Ayirala fired me as a patient for non-compliance. I had only missed one other appointment. But was able to come in for an echo. (A stress test requires three visits, including follow-ups; if you miss one, you have to rebook all of them.) I have several medical issues that keep me visiting doctors. I know how important it is to keep appointments. Compassion is also important. I am sorry, but my experience with Dr. Ayira was lacking in that regard. If you have other chronic medical issues besides cardio, you might want to consider another physician who is more considerate of your other medical problems.

Dr. Ayirala is great. She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. The staff is courteous and I like the care and attention to detail. I would recommend her any day.
