They treat you like a number, not a patient. My mother has had diabetes for quite some time. Kodali never sent her to an endocrinologist. Guess what? My mother ended up in a ketoacidosis situation. Blood sugar over 500 after a 911 call. 1 week in the hospital another 2 weeks in a rehab facility with a lot of short term memory loss now.

No complaints against the doctor who has good bedside manner. However office manager Leila and one staff member is absolutely horrible and rude. Started with unresponsiveness and delay in getting I-693 form and later In name of office policy they charged $100 for getting correction. We were told there is no fee. They will continue to lie straight to your face multiple times and embarrass you. According to them this fee is their office fee for admin purposes. Recommend to avoid if you want better experience. Maybe see the doctor in some other office- but big NO to this one until the office manager is out. She is making this place not worth the visit

She is so kind and actually listens and advices. She genuinely cares and never rushes her patients. She is very open and understanding.

I just like others come in a bit nervous , they treated me like garbage from the minute I stepped in there , from the front desk to the nurses drilling me why I have anxiety and what is wrong with me .. seriously?, then I gave Dr. kodali a chance and she was not much better, disgusted really …. After my visit that put a sour taste in my mouth and I left not sure If I would return after all the unprofessionalism... they hounded me for months and months to make my physical appt, I said I will call back when I could... they did not stop hounding me till I threatened to block them, are they that desperate for business, I wonder why?? then I figured It was over with them.... I had received a shady bill from when I had gone there in 2018 for strep and had ins , the billing dept is such a fraud , tried telling me I didn't have ins....oh yes I did idiots, I always had ins , well they waited to long and bye the time they started billing my ins , I had new ins... dumbasses!!! they lied and… said they called my ins , I know that was a lie cause I called my old ins and they told me they didn't bill till 2019 and I was seen in 2018 and I had new ins by then...I finally got so annoyed with trying to explain this over and over, I just paid but I will not ever return!!! … I work in a dental office and this is what I do for a living not sure who they think they were dealing with or fooling , but I would never ever treat or lie to any of my patients … I treat all my patients with kindness cause that's who I am and I want them to feel cared and I take pride at the professionalism I give to them.....Dont even waste your time :(

She is old school doctor

Dr KODALI is the best doctor I've ever had. Front desk is always courteous & helpful. Shannon is great has helped me a lot.

I went last month for regular appointment, my BP was high they gave me medicine and told me to see after three weeks you don't have to pay, i followed the my medicine and i followed my appointment and my BP was good and they converted my appointment into regular appointment and told me that you have to pay now, all they want just money from insurance company, I had bad experience couple years ago too,

Appointments with follow up appointments so they can bill you more and then hound you for money like they were street thugs. No professionalism, the doctors talk down to you like your a moron. Embarrass you asking for money and payments in front of other people. Tell you what to do and don't listen to your concerns.....NEXT and by the way you have a small balance. Steer clear these folks are unprofessional, don't follow up, don't return calls, don't give results timely and just keep booking more appointments so you pay more, owe more. Dr. Goff although she appears competent is rude and has no bedside manner when dealing with patients. If you complain about how your treated, they get defensive and ruder if that is even possible. With so many choices, seriously save yourself the time and the abuse and go elsewhere.
