Dr. Srilatha Arrem Reddy, MD

Dr. Reddy is a board certified and Texas state licensed doctor and she is a well trained and a good doctor. Doctor and patient relationship is based on trust and understanding. Doctor makes sincere effort to spend time with the patients and listen to patients health concerns and explain in detail about patient condition and treatment. Most patients do not have proper understanding of the health insurance how they work. Lately even health care workers are confused with insurance companies because there are so many changes taking place on regular basis. We have the staff who are well trained, competent and having been working for us for long time. end of the day one has to remember we all are human beings every one wanted to be treated with respect and courtesy and this applies to patients and the staff. Some patients are so impatient, their expectation is that Dr. Reddy and her staff has a magic wand and they just do hubraka, dubra and all the patients problems will vanish… without patient taking any responsibility. Unfortunately, it does not work like that. Also, we have a suggestion box in the office we seek comments, feedback and suggestions to improve our service and staff performance. We do not get any suggestion but some patients choose to bad reviews because they did not get what they want. Most unhappy patients are control substance (DRUG) seekers, physician hoppers, go from one doctor to the other and people who do not want to pay for our services. Dr, Reddy is a neighborhood doctor and in her 20 years of service to the community she helped so many thousands of patients to maintain good health.

The reviews are accurate - she is horrible. Did nothing was rude - obnoxious and lost all my test results - blood and urine. How do you lose blood and urine samples? Had nothing for me at my second apportionment but was even more rude and obnoxious but they did bill my insurance correctly.

Unprofessional "Doctor" if she even considers herself. Very discriminating to Hispanics. Never ever felt like that with a "doctor" she was yelling at us with the door open open repeating she didn't have time for that for the reason that my mom very high blood sugar. She told us that she couldn't see us no more in the 3rd visit. Worst experience ever. My 86 year old mother left her office crying.

Please if you're looking for a doctor do not go here! Her staff is helpful, but her on the other hand playing ridiculous how you going to see me for almost 5 years and then in the last 2 years you traded me off to your nurse practitioner which she's no longer there either! She is very rude, when I used to see her in the hall way and speak to her she will never speak back but they're not as soon as she sees me today and she wants to be unprofessional like! So please do not go here

After changing new places, in Irving it seems that the new receptionist or workers there are rude and loud. I went there only to be the only person there yet it took them a minute to get me ready to go in. I also felt like I’m just getting lectured, rather than helped. I don’t understand why these doctors find it necessary to talk and not listen. I agree with most post that these doctors do not listen well to your concerns and just live on lecturing and giving you wrong medicine.

HER STAFF IS RUDE AND LIES ABOUT FOLLOWING UP WITH PATIENTS ON CRITICAL INFORMATION. I WAS PUT IN A STORAGE ROOM TO WAIT. SHE DOESNT LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS. I WAITED FOR WELL OVER A WEEK FOR A REFILL TO BE CALLED IN. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR HEALTH DO NOT GO HERE.

They are just there for money and keep ordering unnecessary tests

worst doctor ever I can never get well going to her office in Grand Prairie or Irving she and her workers do not care only about the money and she is rude as all that works there if you want to work on your self go to dr reddy office because they want do anything to help in any way she should have her license took away just not knowing her job or patients just all about the money have a great life dr reddy

I am very pleased to be a patient here and I have referred many friends and family. Dr. Reddy is a very wonderful person and she is very thorough a what she does.
