horrible experience. do not make an appointment with this man, especially if you are a woman. he won't let you speak and will try to prescribe multiple medications at once. At an appointment today when I questioned if I could take one medication instead of two to since we would have a check in in 30 days, he called me controlling and started being verbally abusive. I can't believe a doctor would treat a patient like that, especially a patient that is asking for mental health help. He clearly doesn't care about patients, just cares about pushing medicine to them.

Best doctor I ever had. He cares so much about his patients. He doesn't just put you on medications unless you really need them. He sits and talks and really listens to his patients. If I ever needed his services again I would have no problems going back to him.

This man, and this office, should not be in business at all. The people they have running the front desk are the coldest, most impatient people I have ever experienced from an office visit, doctor or otherwise. And considering the genre of medical practice, the way they treat patients is completely unethical and backwards. The office itself is dilapidated and dirty and strange. As a doctor, he barely listens to you speak. He looks at his computer and types the entire time, barely interjecting a single word of consideration, let alone actual therapeutic help. He puts blame on you. He doesn’t have an understanding or kind bone in his body. He will also prescribe you medication for one solid month without refills, even though with almost all medications need far longer than a month to work, and the reason is that he wants to make sure he can charge you for another appointment before you get the help he dangles in front of you with prescriptions. The whole atmosphere is just so unwelcoming… and admonishing. An hour long appointment will only last half an hour. But you’ll pay for the whole time. Protect your mental health guys, it’s important. Find any other doctor on the planet.

This doctor was mean, and is very irresponsible with mental health care.

He is such a rude person. I absolutely do not recommend him. You can tell he is just there to get you out as quickly as possible so he can make money. Just very rude

Dr. Chili doesn't just rush you in and out. He takes the time to ask questions to give him more insight as to how you are doing. He really cares about his patients.

It’s disappointing to see the lower reviews for him. Contempt prior to investigation. There are no quick fixes and that can be frustrating. He’s not overly chatty and does his job. I think I would remind people he’s a psychiatrist not a psychologist.

Dr. Chilakamarri's office personnel are the for sure the most miserable people ever. I have never spoke with a more miserable group of women. I do not know if Dr. Chilakamarri is just extremely difficult to work with or if they just seriously hate their jobs. They are very impersonal and very rude. I LOVE Dr. Chilakamarri. He is the best. Very personal and doesn't put you on a 1000 medications. He helped me so much, but dealing with the woman in his office is the worst experience you will ever have. Also Dr. Chilakamarri is ALWAYS running late.

doesnt want you to succeed. scares you into trying to ease off drugs so he can keep you coming back every two months. Wont look you in the eye and very unempathetic.

I would recommend another doctor. He misdiagnosed me and did not listen. The smartest thing I ever did was to get a different, competent doctor. He lacks good listening skills and empathy.
