Dr Jonnala took his time and answered all my questions. He was friendly and very professional. I highly recommended Dr Jonnala.

I pick him cause of the high 4 or 5 star ratings on all the sites, but he turned out to be very very bad. I don't think he can fire his patients so he treats them bad if he wants them to go away. If your a fat and ugly I'm sure he'll will be treating you terribly. And I now find it hard to believe all the 5 star ratings on here with NO comment at all, many made week after week. If your going to cheat, at least say a couple lies like "he's soo great" or "great bed side manor" or he figured out what was wrong with me and fixed it. There should be a way to get rid of doctors like this before they have been employed over 20 years doing such terrible work.

I found him not to care, he had the ability and knowledge to help in many situations but he choose not to. He seems to jump around in his 3 piece suit and twitch a lot as if he has Tourette syndrome.

A good doctor. Spends too much time on computer instead of looking at the patient.

His diagnosis was incorrect even though I told him what I thought I had and never returned any of my phone calls. I ended up going to urgent care. Looking for another doctor. If I could give less than 1 star I would. His nurse was absolutely no help either.

Staff is courteous wait time short easy to make appt and doctor attentive

They have the longest outgoing message, a person could die before they hear the whole thing. Never call at lunch time, that is far more important then you are. They are rude and uncooperative. I am currently looking for another doctor because of them.

I called for an apppointment talked to his head nurse and they told me to see a different dr instead of them for a new injury mind you. They wouldnt give me a refferal to see another dr told me to call myself. I then demanded to see someone and i final got in... they did xrays never got back to me... I called them and they told me the info was lost they were sorry! Call back another time.... I had a bump within two weeks it went to the size of a golf ball to a baseball. To anyone please dont get caught up in this dr. I still am looking for a dr and hoping this bump isnt serious...
