Nalamachu's office used a oversized needle to inject Botox in my husbands head & neck for migraines as they are too cheap to buy the right size needle. Never hardly saw him in the 15 years going there. Feel sorry for those that work for him.

Uncaring, didn't listen. I handed him a folder of ALL my illnesses & info;for him to just hand it back to me. Spent a total of five minutes in room with me! No tests. No therapies offered. Pushed a drug on me that I didn't want and made me sick. And it didn't help with pain at all. My friend with exact same illnesses got a different Dr there who spent two hours with her and she left with new medications, therapy suggestions and most importantly she left with hope! I left that place in despair that I will never be pain free!

This man has found a treatment for my migraines that gives me months of relief when I have never found anything else to help. I saw a neurologist for a year and am allergic to all migraine meds. He is conducting a study on the results of this. remarkable Dr with an amazing staff of nurses and assistants. You will not find a more courteous group of healers. They actually try and help when other Doctors have given up on us. Mary Jane will go above and beyond to help his patients with insurance and any other problems you have as a major part of his staff. this whole facility is packed with amazing and helpful healers.

Dr. Nalamachu is the only MD who used Botox or trigger injections to hit my problem areas spot on! He helped me and was very compassionate about my unusual situation and went above the normal in helping me.
