Walks out on you while you are talking to him. He just ignores you when you ask what to do to fix the problem. I have gotten more answers from the nurse practitioners in his office than from him.

I would not recommend Dr. Rao to anyone. He does not ask why the patient is there and does not let the patient tell why they are there. He will not let the patient talk!! He goes strictly off the check list they filled out before they came. He tells the patient over and over to "LISTEN" when the patient tries to explain to him what is wrong or what they do to control their problem instead of letting THEM talk!! "HE" finished my appointment and still did not even know the main issue I was having now. He would challenge anything I told him unless he had lab work or paperwork to prove it, even though "I KNOW" my past history.
