His office visits are 4 hours long! He gives out pain pills like its candy, u get drug testd but that's ok. Just have someone else pee for you, they don't check that. You can aso do drugs and pass the drug test..this doctor is being turned in because of how he is...

Jolepalem just tried to give me a combination of addicting drugs, come to find out he has made numerous of his patients addicts, taking advantage of them for money

WOW, I cannot believe this, I went in to the office, followed with the receptionist, then I got called back to the doctor and one of the nurses ASKED me if I had already urinated... are you serious? How wouldnt they know this already!!! The doctor came into the room, he seemed nice and friendly, asked what was wrong, Told him my back hurt, and for some reason he checks my mouth and throat, does NOT even touch my BACK what so EVER!!! he then says ok, "I give you oxycodin and vicodin, xanax for worry ok??" At that point i didnt know this was that addictive and i said ok... After a few more visits, he suddenly DISCHARGED me and said that i was "selling" my medication????? THIS DOCTOR IS ONE OF THE WORST!!!!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Jolepalem and he was very profesional and the office staff was great too. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and I feel as though I am in good hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Jolepalem for over 5 years. He is amazing and very caring. I just cant believe some of the people he has on his staff. Mainly the front desk girl, Anne Marie! She is VERY RUDE! Not only to patients but to the other staff! It's not only been one time it's every time she is there! She belittles the staff as if she is the one who runs the place! When there has been any type of problem I've seen her tell patients how it was another staff member, say their name, and criticize them! She is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have EVER seen work in a medical environment! She will make personal phone calls, swear, and worst of all I have heard her NUMEROUS TIMES talk about patients! She has no right to disclose any information about a patient to anyone! Especially patients that are not even there! She will call them on the phone with a whole office full of patients, say their name, birth date, and any personal information! That should be done by a doctor, nurse, or medical… assistant in an office where there are not 15 people listening! She should not be even looking in a patient's file! I've seen her LOUDLY AND RUDELY talk to patients about their prescriptions and what medications they are on when she is only a receptionist! She should not even know anything about that! The only people that should know anything or even touch the file is the medical assistant and the doctor! That is completely against the law! When I call his office and she answers I will hang up and wait for someone else to answer the phone because I know she is sitting right in front by all the patients and I and everyone that is a patient there does not need anyone to know our personal business! Dr. Jolepalem needs to get rid of her because she is can get him in big trouble!

Waited for 45 minutes while I heard the Dr. talking and laughing on the phone in the next room. I asked the nurse if the Dr. was available... she said "he's on the phone."
