My doctor sent a referral to Shasta Critical Care. His office staff was rude and disrespectful to me. They refused to give me an appointment saying that I have to be processed first. I asked how long it would take and she said “let’s see, hmmm not until sometime at the end of October. If my cysts hemorrhage it’s her fault. I’m in pain and losing weight. These growths are multiplying and I have no help.What do I do?

Doctor Sambasivan's care at hospital was good but office staff is RUDE. When I called to book post-hospital appt for my husband the clerk answering offended me and tore into me for waiting so long. I had already said that he wouldn't make up his mind. No information to patients about length of delay time to have hospital records transferred to them. No records, no appt. Wonder why they claim Critical care?? Phoned 2nd time to make sure health coverage infor was accurate for billing. Eric, who answered this time didn't want the info. and he would not connect me to Office Manager, let me leave a voice mail or make an appt to call her. Eric was ruder 1st clerk.

I have worked with Dr. Sam at SRMC for many years and he is one of the most caring & compassionate doctors around. He is genuine & very concerned about his patients with plenty of expertise---highly recommended!
