My husband and I went to his office twice. Both times the receptionist, Rashida (I think) was very rude, loud, and not helpful at all. The doctor was very kind and helpful but it was upsetting to be treated so poorly by his staff. It had a negative effect on the doctor, even though he wasn't at fault. When you go to the doctor, you expect them to be helpful. I was worried about my husband and the receptionist rudely replied to my questions and didn't even answer them. I was left worried for a week about my husband. No one deserves to be treated so poorly.

He is a caring Doctor. He takes the time to talk and listen.
