This is clinic management. Patient who reviewed our provider today, as the posted in the review below was discharged from practice today for being verbally abusive to multiple clinic staff. We don't tolerate aggressive behavior of any patient in our practice. Patient had only 1 visit with the provider in the last 5 years and received a discount too for that visit.

I was a long-term patient of this doctor for over 10 years, but my recent experience was very troubling. I came in with continuous bleeding for over a month and was advised to get an ultrasound and gynecology referral. Despite the urgency, I had to make repeated visits and calls before any referral was sent. On my fourth visit to her office, she admitted she had “forgotten” and explained she was too busy with online appointments for new patients to prioritize existing patients’ paperwork before the weekend. She clearly stated I needed an ultrasound and gynecology exam immediately, yet when she finally sent the referral, she did not mark it as urgent, which was the entire reason for my repeated requests. Evergreen later confirmed they could have seen me right away if “urgent” had been included. When I returned to ask her to correct the referral, she instead handed me a letter terminating my care and refused to see me further. Her staff asked me to leave. Throughout this process, it… was suggested that I would need multiple additional visits to get my paperwork completed, despite the fact that I had already paid out of pocket. I was also told that I should “respect our 10 years together” enough not to report what happened. Ultimately, Evergreen expedited my care despite the referral being mishandled — not because of her support. After many years as her patient, I was left feeling neglected, betrayed, abused, and placed at unnecessary risk - and all that just for some extra cash.

Terrible experience with Dr. Srobona Mitra. Continuously charges both you and your insurance for incorrect issues, solely focused on financial gain rather than providing genuine care. My wife and I visited Dr. Mitra for an annual exam a year ago, and since then, we've been consistently receiving bills for various health issues that were never discussed. Dr. Mitra orders unnecessary tests and provides inaccurate diagnoses. It's clear that the priority is profit rather than the well-being of patients.

We spent thousands of dollars at the fertility clinic. We were under Dr. Mitra's treatment for a few months and we able to have a family. Hope we had come to her sooner.

My family and several of our friends have visited Dr. Mitra for nearly 10 years. We also take our parents to her when they visit town. She is always polite and courteous. We are grateful to her for her timely diagnosis for saving my wife's life. We were prompted to write this after reading the last review.

Dr. Mitra has taken care of my whole family for over 5 years now. She has always been there for us whether in an emergency or routine visits. We trust her diagnosis and care and are very happy to have her as our family physician.

Its been our 3 year running with Srobona Mitra as our family Doctor and we are still happy as we were on our first day. She is professional, polite and take time to answer all our questions. She is a specialist in what she is doing and do follow ups with all her patients after the visit. I have recommended her to all of my friends and will continue doing in future.

2 years ago, my previous doctor retired and I started to hunt for a new family provider. After trying couple doctors, we found Dr. Mitra! Its almost over a year, we are with Dr. Mitra and I am very satisfied, impressed with her diagnosis and services! She is very friendly, follows up very actively and nicely!. Some time ago, I was having some health issues and when discussed with Dr. Mitra, she proactively suggested some tests and thank god, she caught that I was almost getting diabetic! With her help, I was able to quickly bring down the sugar level and now she is helping me to control/treat it for long term solution! And its working!. I am referring Dr. Mitra to friends who seek a new doctor and they all are happy too!. Her assistant Ashely is also very friendly and takes care of initial setups, shots etc. very nicely!. I am just so happy to find Dr. Mitra!

I have been seeing Dr. Mitra for three years and I think she knows my needs and always takes very good care of me.
