Dr. Srutha P. Rajkumar, MD

One of the worst doctors I’ve seen. Came in to establish care for ADD. Dr. Rajkumar was more interested if I was depressed or anxious. She would ask questions but then talk over me, did not listen to me and asked me the same questions over again. Then at the end of the appointment refused to prescribe any medications for me or see me again. After listening to me talk about not being depressed or anxious she recommended me to a different psychiatrist at a different location to talk about my depression and anxiety. I left very hurt and confused, I came in for ADD not depression or anxiety. Now I will be charged for an office visit where the doctor didn’t listen to me and wrote me off to a different doctor! What a waste!

My daughter just turned 18 so we were trying to hook her up with a psychiatrist right by her dormitory. The office said we would have to transfer her medical records from her previous prescribing doctor, so both of us filled out the form and sent it over. When the psychiatrist did finally call my daughter she said she was not going to work with her because her parents had helped request the records. My daughter had no idea how to do this because she’s just turned 18. The psychiatrist and pointer in a direction to get some helpOr how to rectify the situation. Trust me, this doctor is not going to give a crap about you.I feel like we dodged a bullet. I should have looked up her reviews more carefully before I tried to trust her with my daughter. Don’t work with her.

Saw her with my ADD daughter long ago. I was so stressed. Dr. Rajkumar was empathetic or helpful at all! In fact she made me feel worse. Later, a social worker my daughter was seeing, verified, that others felt this way about her as well.

Very arrogant and Narcissistic.

I have ADD and needed medication on a monthly basis. I was forced to come in every month for a visit or she wouldn't write me a script. I expressed to her that my insurance would no longer cover visits and I couldn't keep coming every month to talk for five minutes and have my blood pressure checked for $200.00. I never felt like she really heard anything I said anyway. I fell behind on two visits and when I ran out of medication I contacted the office and was notified that I was discharged and she wouldn't write me a script. I couldn't believe a person would do that to someone that desperately needs medication. She could have told me a month earlier and I would've had the opportunity to find a new Dr. Now, I am without medication and without a Dr. She doesn't care about her patients...just her pocketbook.
