Nurse practitioner Stacey Arackal was excellent! I wish to express my deep appreciation for the wonderful care I received at the hemorrhoid clinic. The front staff and nurse practitioner are absolutely fantastic, professional, caring and outstanding. The experience exceeded my expectations and I am beyond grateful. Thank you!

I assumed Stacy Arackal knew what she was doing as she was giving me information that I had not heard from other physicians. Her assistant Iris who will talk circles around you till the point of overstimulation (does not pick up on social cues) is also not helpful overall. I had 2 hemorrhoids and an anal fissure that had been actively causing me issues for almost a year a half when I came to her. I had the 1st hemorrhoid removed and a skin tag developed. I was not warned about this. So I assumed an external hemorrhoid developed as I was receiving hemorrhoid symptoms, which I honestly was not experiencing for some reason previously. I went back to the office and expressed the issues I was having. I told her that it was painful, bleeding and itching at some points. I also mentioned the prescription she provided me. I had gone to 2 other physicians where the medication that was given for my anal fissure was a high strength compound prescription and it’s honestly been the only thing… that’s allowed me to have peace of mind and not want to end it all (and I’m being so serious as this experience has been nothing but HELL). She told me that the skin tag was normal and that they can pop up as a result of a hemorrhoid banding and not to worry about it as it won’t cause any issues and if I wanted to get it removed it would be a cosmetic surgery by a dermatologist and my insurance most likely won’t cover it. That is definitely a wtf moment as I had already explained to her that the skin tag was hurting and causing me issues. The prescription she gave me is WEAK. And not only is it weak, it also irritates my anal fissure and will burn for the first 15-20 mins. How is this helpful?! I told her I wanted the prescription I had before and I showed her the ingredients on the actual bottle. She told me there was NO big difference between the prescriptions even though when I called the pharmacy and spoke with the person they told me that my previous prescription was stronger and had an additional numbing agent for pain. When I mentioned that to her she said the only difference in the recipe is “alcohol”. I don’t even think there is alcohol in it. I continued to use the meds for another week and I contacted her office and sent an email message via the portal they charge you, saying no this isn’t going to work. Never got a response from the email. Never got a call back from the office. It’s been over 2 months that I have been trying to get in contact with this negligent doctor to have my old prescription order placed so I can finally heal in peace. I was told by Iris 2 weeks ago that I would get a call back the same day from the doctor…never got a call. Iris won’t let you get a word on edge wise because she has already been enabled to believe that she is REALLY good at her job and she’s not. Her job requires her to be a good listener and she’s NOT. No comprehension. I even called the rapid relief clinic directly to report the doctor and was placed on hold till the point that I hung up. I’ve also complained about her twice previously as far as lack of communication and the improper prescription, twice before I tried to officially leave a complaint, nothing was ever documented and I don’t expect her to be held accountable. I recently found an article by Karen Zaghiyan, MD, discussing anal skin tags and describing the exact issues I’ve been having with mine post hemorrhoid banding. This article is VERY informational and helpful. As I was staring to feel crazy and paranoid. Obviously I would NEVER go to this office again or use rapid relief center period for ANY medical needs moving forward. They cannot be trusted, they’re unprofessional, they’re dishonest, they’re clearly uninformed on things that they should have knowledge on. I am in just as much irritated pain as I was before the banding due to this office’s lack of communication and proper medication for post treatment.
