Be very careful. She saw my brother for heart symptoms, sent him home and he then died of CAD and a heart attack.

Dr. Hiles did a great job in caring for my elderly and ailing parents. She took the time to get to know them as people and made them feel very comfortable with her. Her quality care improved the quality of my parents' lives as well as, I believe, the quantity.

The best DR. I have ever had!

My family doctor. She provides compassionate, accurate medical care. I am healthier today because of her care.

Your Dr's seems to be doing their jobs fine. Then comes the so call ladies that you have greeting your loyal patients. They're representing you and at the same time being rude and impatient with paying patients. It's not like we're being seen for free. If my friend and i are going to keep on being patients at this office then I strongly suggest that you retrain your front desk girls the proper manner way to talk to your patients face to face or on th3 phone. And if they're having a bad day then fake it. Tell them put on hold with what they are doing. Smile and say hello when someone walks up to the counter. If this all could happen. I swear to you your patients would not mind calling or coming to appts. I don't want to point out anyone in particular so I suggest you retrain them all to make your homeba happy home. Dr. Hiles is the first doctor that has cared about my conditions and not treated me like I'm just taking up their precious time. She cares and is kind and understanding. The other doctors I have seen have been great as well. The problem I have is with some of the receptionists. There is one in particular that needs to smile when she is on the phone just so it at least SOUNDS like she gives a rat's behind. She is impatient and even somewhat rude. There are at least 2 in the office that act this way. I don't know if they make enough not to care or don't make enough to care. There is one who is very sweet and patient and tries to get things done quickly, but the other two have been rude and made my husband, myself and my friend all wait on separate occasions while they did things like FB Apps!!Being a Christian myself, I know that it's not always easy to be the face of our faith, but the fact of the matter is that we are. When your clinic name is Maranatha, you play Spirit 105.3 in the… waiting room, give away Bible verses and have Jesus art - it's important to also be kind in nature. I do not wish to hurt the feelings of the staff, but I do think they should know how they are coming across because maybe they don't realize it and do really mean well.My friend is considering finding a different doctor because of this and my husband doesn't want to make appointments at all because of the treatment. I very much like my doctor, though and will continue to come, but would really like to be greeted in a friendly manner in the office as well as over the phone.
