Stacey Santamarina

Stacey is a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida. She has earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology-Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic College in West Palm Beach, Florida and has extensive experience in helping individuals, couples and families with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, marital discord, codependency, addiction/recovery, eating disorders and past emotional trauma. Stacey’s passion is to help people regain their confidence, self-esteem, and identity by teaching clients the coping tools necessary to understand and work through past experiences; to be able to handle present issues while still having to maintain current responsibilities; and to provide people with tools necessary to handle future issues. Stacey utilizes evidence bases techniques to help clients achieve their best results. The techniques will be based on the client for optimal success, and Stacey has had great results by implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical …Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Reality Testing, Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Every client has unique needs and Stacey will adjust her therapeutic modalities to find the best fit for you. Stacey is the kind of Therapist that doesn’t give up and always looks out for her patients. She has an in-depth understanding and appreciation for everyone’s unique situation in life and finds innovative, creative ways to break through barriers and get her patients where they want to be.
