Impatient. Acts like she doesn’t care and very disrespectful.

I not only have Trigeminal neuralgia pain. I have arthritis, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, high blood pressure, boarder line diabetic and who knows what else. I had brain scan done which came back normal but my labs were abnormal. My physician did what is called a smear of cells. It showed a secondary issue of a virus. This is where things get tricky. I have had elevated white blood cells for many years along with swollen lymph nodes which become very painful. My primary doctor sent me to a hematologist that I had already seen in 2011. I didn't remember this doctor because I believe I chose to block it out after meeting with her yesterday. This is why, I am a smoker. I have been a smoker for years. However, I have quit off and one for various reasons. Now, this doctor I met with yesterday basically said all my issues are my fault because I'm a smoker. She basically treated me like a no body. She listened to all my symptoms and said... That's because you smoke and that was it.… Now, I'm not denying smoking doesn't have an effect on the body but who is she to basically say "this is all your fault because you smoke" and not listen to me as what has been going on? I even told this women I quit for a long time and I still had elevated white blood cells and swollen lymph nodes. What's the point in trying to figure any of this out anyway. After all I'm a smoker and that is the cause of ALL my issues and I don't deserve respectful and proper treatment.

Dr. Knox had her NURSE call my friend to tell her her metastatic breast cancer had moved to her brain. My friend has Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and has been complaining of eye painâ?¦NOT GOOD!

She was wonderful...
