I felt treated as a person, not as an illness. Dr. Nieder was very empathic and I felt reassured that the she understood the nonmedical aspects of the reason for my visit.

I've seen dozens of doctors throughout my short life (severe allergies and asthma), and she is one of the worst. Every concern I had or comment about my own health was pushed into a box and sealed- I've only been sick for 4.5 days, and I need to be sick for (AT LEAST) 7 days before medicine can be prescribed... Since this is a holiday weekend, I was told to return on Wednesday (4 days from now). I know that doesn't sound too bad, but I manage to get severe bronchitis or pneumonia everytime I get a cold and aren't treated quick enough. I also brought up my concern with my asthma, since I've used my emergency inhaler multiple times in the last few days and it hasn't helped (I've thought about the ER twice), and I was told I just needed a spacer and my insurance does not cover a nebulizer *I have recieved 2 in the past, and she never asked about my insurance to check on it*. Throughout my whole appointment, she kept telling my Mom and I that I was only "squeezed in" and there… wasn't adequate time to address my concerns... I made an appointment, and received a phone call confirming my APPOINTMENT. And, yet, I didn't receive any actual help or medical advice. As she began packing her things (after being in the room for less than 10 minutes), I tried addressing a concern about my hair falling out in clumps-she responded with "stress" and left the room. This doesn't even include my issues with the welcoming staff, or the rude and bluntness of the same staff trying to pay. I am honestly flustered with this experience, and hope I never have to see her or this clinic again. I know my body and I don't think anyone should tell me otherwise.

She is great! I hadn't been to a doctor in several years. She quickly and accurately diagnosed problems that I was having and developed a mitigation plan to minimize future problems. Best doctor I've received treatment from.
