Dr. Stacey Lynn Walter, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Walter for a few years. She takes the time to listen, and works with me to resolve any problems I might have. I never want to have to switch. Her nurses are wonderful, also.

I love this doctor! She has been my doctor for many years!!

I had Dr. Walter as a doctor for about 5 years. Four months ago, she had me do a urine drug test because I'm on controlled substances. I take ativan. After I took the test, she informed me that I WAS taking a drug called Oxazepam. I had never heard of this medicine! I explained to her that I never took no such drug. She told me that I did.She took me off my vicodin and ativan. I came home and got on the computer and found out that if you take ativan, it metabolizes down into oxazepam, which can result in a false positive drug test. She still refused to give my meds back to me. She basically called me a dopehead. She does not doctor me anymore! I might sue her. She should have known that.
