recent visit, and prior to procedures, gave my insur.info and it was not taken by front staff, then when billing came it was chaotic and even tried charging for svcs that wasnt ours. Now with new dental insur, its still not being utilized.....not sure whats going on....but my business is will go elsewhere...... was all preventable from day one.....

Not happy with the billing gave my ins paid the extra thay told me it would be why they could not get it right the first time I dont know dr blaha was good but no calls to tell me I owed more and then turning it it to a collection company bad business not going there again

The staff at this office is amazing! From the office staff to the dental hygienist. They were amazing. Dr. Blaha was not. She left my procedure before it was complete, requiring the assistant to finish. She left abruptly and went to work on another patient. I am not happy with the results of her work. I have grey color left in my teeth. Her prices are ALOT higher than other dentist as well. I paid about 200.00 out of pocket! That is after she billed my insurance company.

My family has of course not been to every dentist in the Kansas City area, but there could not possibly be a better dentist and staff than Dr Staci Blaha at Platte Valley Dental Care. 5 Plus STARS!!
