Dr. Staci Marie Holles, DO

I saw Dr. Holles-Sobota last night in the urgent care. she was in the room maybe 60 seconds, disregarded my concerns and pushed me out the door. it was very clear she did not want to be there and did not care at all. I usually have wonderful experiences in this particular urgent care but she was vastly different than the other doctors I've seen there. I went in b/c my daughter had recently been diagnosed with strep throat and i had all the symptoms as well (mind you my daughter had virtually no symptoms and still tested positive)....I have a long history of strep and significant complications from it so I went in requesting a strep test. Despite me answering yes to all of her questions about the symptoms she took the fastest look at my throat any doctor ever has, said it doesn't look like strep and sent me on my way. she did call in a prescription just in case but wouldn't administer a strep test. I paid for an urgent care visit but didn't even get the test I went in for.... And it is… in fact strep.

I saw Dr. Staci Holles-Sobota in an urgent care setting. Terrible, terrible, terrible bedside manner. Acted as though I was an inconvenience and after my 3 hour wait to be seen, she had ZERO sense of urgency. She seemed disinterested in what was going on and was quick to hurry me out the door. Wish I could give ZERO stars for this review.

Dr. Holles was courteous and explained to me exactly what was going to happen and why she thought I was hurting so badly. I appreciated her honesty and compassion. Her nursing staff was fantastic. All in all a great visit! I highly recommend her!
