Dr. Stacia Baim Kagie, DO

I have been going to Dr. Kagie for about 10 years. She is very intelligent, has a great bed side manor and takes her time with you.

Calm, thorough, never rushed. She takes as much time as needed to be sure all questions and concerns have been addressed.

I have seen her for over 10 years. She Is very professional. She truly cares and will listen to what you have to say. She will do her very best to make sure you get the highest quality care possible.

I'm not for sure what the problem is with the office. But this is my second visit. The first time Dr. Kagie came in the room 45 minutes after my appointment time. Today she is almost 2 hours late. Absolutely unacceptable. I have already contacted my insurance company about changing my PCP while waiting to be seen. Also the staff will not return your phone calls. My husband basically had to come into the office on my behalf and demand I get an appointment. I'm here only to get a specialty referral. After the referral is approved I will be changing PCP's immediately. Unprofessional environment.

Dr. Kagie is great. I have been going to her for over 7 years. She takes time with you. She is very down to earth. She has called me at 7pm at night just to give me test results that could have waited until the follow business day. I have never went to her office and left dissatisfied. The hardest thing about seeing her is getting into see her because she is that good.

Wonderful doctor, good personality, bedside manner and knows her stuff! Would recommend absolutely, except for one very frustrating thing; it is always an excessive wait . Beyond acceptable. She's busy because she's good and takes more time with patients; however, even with that said, the wait time still doesn't add up. Expect to wait apx an hour each visit, sometimes closer to two hours on a busy day. Amazing doctor but still, I expect even a busy doctor and staff to have some regard and respect for their patients time, as well. Trust her and really like her, but needs to do something about the wait time and show regard for patients time. I expect to wait some at any doctor, but At the very least, call your patients or alert them of the wait time when they arrive, please.

I have not found another Dr like Dr Kagie. I miss her. I would still go to her if I had not moved 3000 miles. The wait to ser Dr Kagie is worth it

Dr. Kagie is an amazing doctor. She makes sure that her clients gets the best care possible. Very professional and knows her stuff. However her front desk staff not so much, they are very rude, no customer service skills, will lose your files (yes they lost mine and no apologies whatsoever!), and a drag down to their office. Never trust their front office staff, they do no know what they're doing! Always have a back up file!

Dr. Kagie is one in a million! We love her! The wait can sometimes be long but deffinitely worth it.
