I met Dr Sailer when I needed a second opinion about my sleep disorders. She found things that others missed. She is caring & professional. She spends a lot of time to answer questions and concerns are relayed in her notes. She takes care of insurance and suppliers issues. She goes to bat for me whenever necessary. She has a great sense of humor. The most important thing any doctor can do is listen, and she is wonderful at that. answers all questions, very attentive. Perfect choice.

I have been Dr Sailer's for 18 or 19 years she wonderful. Brilliant doctor. She diagnosed me with sleep apnea. She helps her patients be compliant with the treatment. She finds what works for you.

The woman manipulates, distorts, hides, confabulates and yet to discover what apology means. Fails to cover after hours. Fails to take or return calls timely. Nasty office staff that she encourages them to be nasty. Oppositionality is her middle name, retaliation is her virtue. Would not trust her with my dog; and will get out as soon as I get my equipment ordered to continue elsewhere. Total mistake to go to in the first place.

I believe it was luck that I found Dr. Sailer.She is the most caring,knowledgeable,kind physician.I was in desperate need of finding a physician who knew about my disorder.I needed someone who looked at the whole picture and was understanding.Dr. Sailer is all of those things and more.Every office visit I have with her she does not appear rushed and answers questions directly.She is the exceptional physician at U.Mass. and they should be thankful she is there.

My experience with Dr. Sailer and the sleep center was very positive. I had several appointments and an overnight sleep study. Dr. Sailer was very easy to talk to, listened carefully, and immediately understood my issues. For the first time, I finally understood what was causing the problems, and she provided a complete plan to help me overcome them. I highly recommend Dr. Sailer for anyone with sleep issues.
