I was diagnosed with Dystonia when I was 18. Dr. Horn was caring and compassionate for the ten years that I saw her. I am not good with Doctor's and I realize I am not the most open patient, but she was always thorough with every appointment and knew how to talk to me, as a person, with the right questions, so she could provide the right care for me. I highly recommend this Doctor!

I have had Parkinson's Disease for 30 (thirty)years which would be since the age of 15 (fifteen)and I am now 46 years of age. I am a difficult client for any doctor, but Dr. Horn has to be the most compassionate neurologist I have ever come across. I recommend the neurology department with more stars than you can imagine and thanks to the Hospital of Pennsylvania I no longer need a wheel chair...I prefer kayaking. :)

PD diagnosed at 49 years old. Almost 5 years later I credit the outstanding care I've gotten from Dr. Horn. She is very in tune with her patients, professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I feel open to discuss any PD related issue with her, sensitive subject or not.

I devekoped Parkinson's Disease at the age of 15 or 16 and I am now 46 years old. This woman was kind to me and helped me greatly. I can't tell you how much I recommend her and Pennsylvania Hospital.
