She has been excellent in the care she gave my mother and father - I cannot speak highly enough of her knowledge coupled with compassion

She does not listen to the patient. We had to repeat why we were there several times and she kept on going back to something else that was in the file for which we repeatedly told her we did not need her help, that it was under control. In the end she admitted she was not the right doctor for what we needed. Perhaps she could have told that to our GP who communicated with her before the appointment? There is more that I could write but it would take too long. In summary, avoid her.

I was not impressed with the quality of my care. On top of that, the office staff at the new location is very disorganized. Around three weeks after my visit I still have not been able to get my prescription filled, due to a simple insurance issue that should have taken the office 5 days maximum to resolve. I am very disappointed by this office and will never return there.

What bothered me about my visit is pretty subjective, so below are the main highlights -- form your own opinion.When I walked in, there was another patient complaining about her botched visit. Not a good sign....Dr. Lee asked me some background questions. When I answered one (short answer, maybe five seconds), she sternly said "this is a yes or no question", and repeated her question. Slowly....I'm in my 30s, have felt fine mostly, but went in to see if a new allergy was causing my sniffles for the past couple of months. My results were allergic-to-everything bad. The first thing she did was quickly go into all the things I would have to buy and do for the rest of my life, pointing out a large number of items in the catalog she had handed me before the test. Fine my whole life, but freaked out and worrying about health and money after a five minute speech....As I was leaving, I idly remarked how surprised I was at my test, and that I hoped these giant welts on my arm wouldn't be there… the whole day. She said "oh, so you want drugs." What?? I've heard that once before from the only other bad visit I've experienced -- is there some industry standard guide on how to offend patients?...The next day I was still freaked out, so I went back to sign up for five years of allergy shots (one of the options she presented). The office said she would contact me in a week or so. I never heard from her again. Id be upset at that too,but since then I've read that skin tests aren't reliable for everyone. I don't know if that's true, but that plus the weirdly unpleasant visit convinced not to go back.

She doesn't listen to her patients' concerns at all. She has her own preconceived notion about what's wrong with a patient and refuses to budge. Her solution for my recurring allergies? Take Allegra. She didn't want to do further testing, didn't want to help me figure out exactly what was causing my symptoms. Just told me to take a pill every day for the rest of my life. She's not very caring and has poor bedside manner. She's patronizing and treats her patients like they don't deserve a say in their own treatment.
