Dr. Lynch and her staff truly go above and beyond. They are responsive, are in contact with me promptly, and go out of their way to try to get me earlier appointments, or get me to the person I really want to see. More than any other doctor, I feel like they care about us and our experience with them and we truly appreciate their time and effort.Since I have your ear, on another topic that has nothing to do with Dr. Lynch's office, I would like to say that trying to make a cold call into the clinic to make an appointment is an unfathomable maze of, "press a number," and "if this is an emergency, hang up and dial 911." It takes forever to get to the person you want to talk to and I often don't know what the correct button should be to push. Very frustrating and I try to avoid it. (With Dr. Lynch's office, I have a more direct number to call and it makes things a lot easier.)
