I was very pleased with the care Dr. Phillips and his staff provided my daughter. He is an extremely caring physician and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to him.

I would recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone who suspects they have excess wax buildup in their ears. He removed mine easily and no pain.

Dr Phillips examined me today for my ears which itch, and hurt. He listened to all the complaints I had, discussed about each one, let me know which one is caused by my own improper care of my ears, and which ones are normal as i am aging, and not really serious. He also examined the lump I have on my neck and recommended me to follow up in 6 months. Dr Phillips is a great listener and responded to my concerns to my complete satisfaction.

My family loves Dr. Phillips. My parents have been going to him for years, I live out of state and when visiting awhile back I went to an appointment with my mother. I was a little nervous after going in and looking around, the walls were a little bare, not like other specialty office's I have been in, and it looked a little run down and not updated whatsoever, I asked her if she was sure this is who she wanted operating on her, she said yes, he's wonderful!. After meeting him I soon realized what she meant, the staff is very nice, Dr. Phillips is very well knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my mother's issues. So don't "judge a book by it's cover" might not be a "up to date office", but they are great people!

Good experience with each visit. Dr. P. found the solution for an ear problem that has plagued me for over a decade. He also takes care of my Mom's ears. I highly recommend Southlake Audiology for hearing aids as well.

This doc is very caring and is very understanding. Spends considerable time with you and breaks the medical concern down into easy to understand term. I highly recommend him and his staff.
