This doctor implanted a bladder sling in me several years ago, which caused so many problems that it took 3 surgeries, about $35K in out-of-pocked medical expenses, and over a year to recover. Some of the symptoms are irreversible. He denied any wrongdoing even after I presented him with copies of my surgical reports, articles on the faulty product for which the mfr is involved in tens of thousands of lawsuits, and CONTINUES to implant this in people. He's in it for the $ and will deny any wrongdoing on his part. RUN from this dr. and see a reputable urogynecologist instead. A sling is the worst mistake you can make.

Caring, extremely knowledgable, good sense of humor. Dr. Sujka accurately diagnosed renal cell carcinoma ,that another urologist missed, and obviously saved my life.

When will doctors understand that they can be the greatest things but if their staff is inefficient and clueless, it is a poor reflection on them? Two appointments and both times the staff screwed up. First time I asked if I should be bringing my outside MRI films and they said no. I asked if they were sure I shouldn't pick them up instead of just having the report. No, I was assure, he won't need them. Doctor asked me for them the minute he got in the room. Second visit was supposed to be for a sonogram as recommended by Dr Sujka before my follow up with him. I was very clear about what I needed when I made the appointment. The receptionist didn't seem to understand why I didn't need to see the doctor first and wouldn't make the appt. I asked for a nurse to call me back. No call back. Of course they scheduled the appointment on a day where no one is in to do the sonogram and Dr Sujka obviously can't do a thing for me without this updated information. Despite the doctor being… nice, thorough and great at explaining things,I won't be going back. I have no confidence in the office at all.
