Stanford Call, PMHNP-BC

Stanford Call, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong academic foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing from Seattle University (2013) and a Master’s in Psychology with a neuroscience focus from the University of Memphis (2009). He brings more than a decade of clinical experience to his practice, treating children and adults across the lifespan. His training and certification support a broad, evidence-based skill set in assessment, diagnosis, and psychopharmacologic management.

His clinical approach is integrative and neuroscience-informed: he combines evidence-based psychopharmacology with complementary strategies to optimize mental health and functioning. Stanford designs treatment plans that explicitly target neural systems implicated in cognitive and emotional regulation—most notably the Central Executive Network (to support focus and executive functioning), the Salience Network (for impulse control and …attentional modulation), and the Default Mode Network (to improve emotional regulation and self-referential processing). He works with patients ages 5–64 and has particular experience supporting neurodiverse presentations.

Stanford emphasizes collaborative, strength-based care. He partners closely with patients, families, and schools to develop individualized plans that build on existing strengths, foster resilience, and promote growth in real-world settings. Through ongoing monitoring, education, and coordination with other providers and support systems, he aims to improve functional outcomes and help each person achieve sustainable mental health gains.
