Dr. Stanford Randall Tack, MD

My husband was in horrible pain and could not walk, stand, sit. After running 45 minutes late for appointment Dr Tack came in for two minutes at most. Checked my husbands knee reflexes and said well its just acute pain, no disc issues and walked out while we asking him questions. My husband is still in horrible pain but we refused to go back to IBIJ. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Tack is very good at what he does! He performed spinal stenosis surgery on me a couple of years ago and has been helping with hip issues i have as well.

I had a two level cervical disc replacement and Dr. Tack did an amazing job! It’s been only a week and I’m feeling great. The scar seems to be barely visible which is a bonus!!! He’s very confident and brilliant in my opinion. ~EG

Dr. Stanford Tack was rude, insulting, unknowledgeable and downright chauvinistic to me. In the middle of my explanation of my injury, a nurse knocked on the door to tell him the hospital was on the phone and he got up and left the room without saying anything. After he came back, he was dismissive of my injury, asked me if I wanted xrays (Shouldn't that be his job to determine if xrays are necessary?) and proceeded to speak only to my husband about how to treat my injury. He only spoke to me when I waived my hands in the air and asked him to speak to me as the patient. He did not acknowledge his chauvinistic treatment of me and said he was speaking to both of us even though he was only looking at my husband. I wonder how many other women who do not have the courage to be outspoken has he also treated poorly? First class JERK.

Dr. Tack resolved issues with a prior surgery. Fused L4-L5. Had horrible pain from pinched nerves due to osteoarthritis plaque buildup. Three months after surgery and physical therapy, things are much better. Almost normal, in fact. Still early in my recovery, but things look very good. Thank you Dr. Stanford Tack and to your excellent team!

I highly recommend Dr. Tack. He replaced my left knee, did a spinal fusion on me and has taken care of many of my arthritic issues. He takes his time and explains things to me in detail. He's always very nice. My husband, also a patient, is also very pleased with Dr. Tack.

Worst Doctors experience ever. "Doctor" walked into the room like he was the greatest thing on earth, then didn't talk, I discussed what was wrong he just shook his had and then said lets do a MRI maybe that will tell us something then walked out without even a nice to meet you. I would avoid "Dr" Tack. Also the Nurse had nothing to say wouldnt look you in the eyes. The following day the MRI was denied and all they did was call us and told us to basically figure it out for ourselves.

This is the worse doctor ever .I will not recommend anyone to go to him . He is a RIP OFF . A Scam and Insurance wh-ore . He is disrespectful and prejudice . He doesn't care about his clients well being but only about getting money . If you have something minor he will tell you its major so he can screw you or your insurance . I'm surprised he isn't in jail yet for fraud .

Tops! He confines himself to his superb expertise and won't hesitate to refer you if he feels it would be to your benefit. He is associated with other exceptional practiioners.

After 5 years of "neck issues" I finally decided to have a cervical disc replacement after my last steroid injection didn't work for me. I had visited Dr. Tack 2 years prior to discuss surgical options. He is not a doctor that pushes you into a surgery or makes you feel like it's your only option. Because I was scared of having surgery, I suffered a few more years trying injections and pain pills. Finally, the pain was so severe I surrendered to surgery and was a candidate for c5-c6 disc replacement. From the first time I met Dr. Tack I trusted him. I am now two weeks post op and can't believe how great I feel. Given Dr. Tack's experience with my specific surgery versus other surgeons added to my level of comfort. My pain is gone and I'm off of the pain pills. Physically feel great and now mentally clear...I had forgotten what feeling good felt like....I can thank Dr. Tack enouigh for making me feel like myself again. I can't say enough about this surgeon...just make the… appointment..you will be glad you did!
