Dr Ashley performed surgery on me for rectal cancer in 2013. To this day I believe he saved my life. Dr Ashley is an example of all the good things that are still in medicine. He is my hero.

I came into his office with a high hope that dr. Ashley would go over my intense medical history and assure me I was in good hands for the correct surgery for my hernia. I left very upset and almost in tears. He was so brief; so to his point of not making sense and basically told me to just take a sharpie and draw on my body where the hernia was. No. He is suppose to know that...why didn't he suggest a cat scan? He could feel where it was when he touched. He did not give me much information about the surgery, options, ask me vital patient information or have any knowledge of what I can take for sedation with neglect of my heart problems and previous history.
