Dr. Stanley J. Huang DDS has been our family dentist for about 10+ years. We love his staff and his work ethics as well. Dr. Stanley will do all possible to save a tooth, he is always there to make your smile beautiful and healthy. The price for partial denture is cheaper compared to some Dentist. However, the customer service is bad. First, his staff and assistants are rude. They do not tell you some essential information. They speak in rude manner. They keep asking for the money. For partial denture when I have to visit the office 3-4 times, I already paid the money on my first visit, they even ask me to pay on my 2nd visit claiming I did't pay. Then they search the record, it does show I already paid the money. Dr. Stanley is not a good dentist. He don't care about the patient, he only want your money and get the procedure done and leave asap. He wont talk to you often. When the job is done, he only tell you some general information like "don't eat within 3 hours" then leave immediately. I don't have much chance for further discussion. Even though he wont discuss with you about your procedures, good and bad effect on certain procedures, he does try to sell more service like "you need to cleaning, filling,… crowning procedures in this and that teeth". He seems to have been using the same glove for many patients, that is so disgusting and unsafe! For the first time I put in the new Partial denture, my whole mouth seem painful. He told me this is usual, I need few weeks to accommodate this newly partial denture. Then I wear that for 1.5 days, my gum and tooth become very painful. This partial denture cause painful to my tooth and gum because the metal rack pull 1 of my tooth as support making that tooth very painful, and the edge is pushing and cutting into my gum which even more painful and cause gum ulcer. Then I made an appointment for the denture adjustment. He took less than 2 mins for the denture adjustment, then the claims try only use this for talk, but not use it to eat. Even after the adjustment, my mouth still very painful.
