Dr. Stanley John Mathew, DO

I was a patient a few years ago. Dr Matthew's is unlike any other Dr I have been treated bye. His love and compassion for his patient's is nothing short than inspiring. A few years back I was injured on the job. Dr Matthew's and his staff were simply AMAZING. This injury took me away from working as a CMA. If it wasnt for Dr. Matthew's I dont believe I would of recovered. Dr Matthew's is TRULY in a league of his own. He truly cares for each individual person as a person. I thank God everyday that it was Dr Matthew's whom was my physician and hero.

First time I felt a doctor really cared about me, thank you Dr. Mathew and the staff is so helpful, I Love the whole office!!

Dr. Mathew, takes time to listen and introduced me to a new supplement LDN, I have been suffered with pain for over 20 years, He changed my life, I'm very thankful, You have are suffering in pain , I recommend seeing Dr M

first doctor who cares

When I first started going to Dr. Mathew I would agree everyone in his office was pleasant and wanted to work with me. Alternative treatment requests seemed to throw them a little but they did prescribe the medication I had been on for years since my old Dr. retired. Starting this Jan all that has changed, they no longer prescribe pain medication and the way they submitted my injections insurance is having a huge problem. They will not send me to PT, I have to get my family Dr. do that, I don't see what good they can do any more.

Very helpful, always looking for new treatments for my pain

I have 3 budging discs in my back which are pressing against a nerve causing severe pain. Everything he has done, shots, epidurals, weak medications that do nothing do not work. He refuses to listen to me and basically, gives me no other option. He will not do surgery, even though spinal surgeon Dr. Mauw said he would but, doesn't accept my insurance anymore. I've only seen him twice out of 5 times. In my opinion, he is one of the worst Dr.'s, if not the worst. Don't bother going to see him, it's a waste of time.

It's almost unbelievable that I'm in severe pain and my regular doctor does not prescribe narcotics because he's new and he's too scared to prescribe those. So, I'm going to be in extreme pain for months with no way to see him any earlier. If I can't get any relief from this pain for that long, my quality of life won't be worth living. I know he has time to slip me in for 10 minutes but, he won't. I take this as very uncaring and sadistic.

I found Dr. Mathew was very friendly. I have a very unusual medical issue and he visited with us to obtain all the facts. I would look forward to our next visit, if necessary.
