Dr. Stanley P Oakley, MD

Dr Stanley Oakley has been my doctor for many years. He has helped me more than I can explain on this page. He listens and is patient and kind. He offers many tips on how to cope with various situations and welcomes input from me. He always answers all of my questions. I’m honest with him in how I feel and it makes the visits go well, even when I’m going through very bad times. He is absolutely the best doctor in this field of work. I would recommend him to anyone that needed help.

Dr. Stanley Oakley was the psychiatrist that I met with while attending East Carolina University from 2003 through 2007. He sometimes would get upset/ screaming at me but most of the time he did not. However, the East Carolina University counseling center office environment was not satisfactory. I did talk with Dr. Oakley about this but he was not really helpful as far as that goes. ECU counseling center has issues that needs to be dealt with. But again Dr. Oakley had positive and negative aspects when going there for treatment.
