It is official Northwest Eye Clinic has BCD (big company disease). It is not so much how you handle day to day business but rather how you handle things when they do go wrong. These guys failed on every count. I I gave them many opportunities. Failure to get the job done on time. Failure to follow-up. Failure to communicate. When I asked to leave a message for my doctor of 25 years plus, I was flatly refused the opportunity. What is more amazing is that I was a grade school/high school classmate with two of their doctors. Wow! Very disappointing. I will not be back and either will the rest of my family.

Rushed appt. Minimum contact. Did not listen. Did not care. Very unhappy with results. Regret using his services.

Spent minimum time with me. Poor communication. Did not listen

We have been a patient of Dr. Walker about 15 years and he is thorough, thoughtful and very professional. He has performed cataract surgery on both my wife and me and we are very satisfied with the results.,

I now hold NW eye Clinic in the highest regard! I couldn't be happier with the results of my first cataract surgery and looking forward to surgery on my second eye. Outstanding!!
