Dr. Starleen Celeste Schaffer, MD

Recently moved to Vero Beach and this office was recommended. I've been seen by Nurse Practitioner Michelle Williams and I feel like I'm in better hands than ever! She ordered the right tests and changed my meds to put me on a path to being healthy again. My former Dr. was on cruise control, but now I'm so glad to feel like I'm receiving excellent care from someone who is actively looking out for me! This is how healthcare is supposed to work. Oh, and the staff are friendly and very competent as well. Great people make this a great office - I highly recommend!

Just moved to area and found this office accepting new patients. Able to get in for first visit pretty quickly. Office staff were friendly and helpful and NP Ann Marie was so pleasant and thorough. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience and thankful for such an easy and smooth transition.

My wife and I went for the first time last week for checkups and we were extremely happy with the services provided. Dr. Schafer answered all of our questions and the appointment did not feel rushed at all. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions.

Dr. Schaffer and her CNP Anne Marie are both thorough and personable. I would highly recommend her practice for all your family’s health care needs.

Seen by Anne-Marie the nurse practitioner she was great, made me feel very comfortable it’s hard to find a provider you like and I definitely will be continuing going there. Great staff too.

Never met the doctor except on video chat. She had me go get new bloodwork for a cat scan because the bloodwork had to be fresh. 2 weeks later i called the office to see when i was to have my scan. The girl found my bloodwork n said she'd put it on her desk. 3 weeks later i called n the girl said my bloodwork was fine. I had to explain to her 3 times that i need to know when to get my scan. On hold 15 minutes later she informed me that the order was sent to the hospital may 26th. No one called me to let me know. Two days later recieved a letter saying that the doctor nolonger was taking cigna n that because WE didn't follow doctors orders they no longer wanted to see us. Wow. Staff very unprofessional, rude, and down right don"t have a clue what their doing. Never got to meet the doctor so no coment on her. On to the next doctor. Such a shame this staff sucks.

Truly a health care professional

I had an emergency and her office got me in at the end of the day. Treated me like I was their first patient. Dr Schaffer came in pleasant as ever. So grateful for her!!!

She LISTENS. She actually discusses things with you, and will listen to your thoughts and ideas regarding treatment for your self sprinkled with her expertise and knowledge to help you better. Excellent physician!
