Years later I am still suffering from the effects of a botched surgery performed by Kreuzer.

Great surgery. Terrible admin. Unable to collect a double payment the doctor promised to pay back. I've been dealing with Dr. Kreuzer's accounting and billing staff over 3 months and they prove to be very mediocre and incompetent.

Dr. Kreuzer did my hip replacement in 2014. He and his entire staff are phenomenal. I was back at work in 8 weeks. I have been walking without pain since my surgery. My life is full and active. I can't thank him and his staff enough. He is nothing short of a miracle worker!

Dr Kreuzer has replaced both of my hips with the anterior method. My recovery was so fast my friends were incredulous . I was performing my regular activities within a week each time.

The results of my total knee replacement are fantastic. I have little pain and the swelling is slowing going down after two weeks. I am doing therapy in Grace Care of Katy where the therapists are very knowledgeable and good. I will come back here for out-patient therapy when I leave here after about three weeks. I am walking without pain. As soon as my knee has healed, in about three months, I will return to have the other knee done with another total knee replacement by Dr. Kreuzer.

Dr. Kruezer is amazing. He is a very busy doctor who is also very thorough. Some people may say he doesn't spend enough time or doesn't have a super bedside manner...I found him to be very pleasant to work with. In order for a physician to give the most up-to-date, knowledgeable treatment, he must divide his time between consultations, surgery, follow-up treatment and keeping up to date with the very latest technology. When many hip replacement parts were being recalled, I was fortunate enough to have chosen a physican who knew what was going on and which companies/replacement parts to avoid. I am thankful for his expertise! I have never heard any of his patients express any dissatisfaction. If you want to chatty doctor, you may be missing the best care ever!!!

Dr. Kreuzer is very competent. Had a total hip with him, and it came out fine, esp. considering the shape I was in when I had it. His PT dept was a terrific help!He isnt a warm and fuzzy kind of guy, but I want competent in the OR, not warm and fuzzy.
