Dr. Stefanie A Flora, MD

Dr Flora was the on call OB for my son’s birth. It was our first child and we had expectations we had worked out with our actual OB. Instead of that plan, after many hours of labor my wife was pushed by Dr Flora to do a c-section instead of doing other natural steps to progress forward. She flat out told us “you need to do this my way or I won’t help you”. We, and in particular my wife, are still traumatized by the experience years later. I encourage you to avoid her and any group she’s a part of.

Very caring and compassionate. Takes time to listen. Offers helpful solutions. I have referred family and friends to her. She's great!

I went to Dr Flora 1st in 2016 following a bad pap and continuing Endometriodis troubles. The 1st visit was fine, and I thought I had definitely found a Dr that I felt could offer me top notch care. Then, in 2017 I go to her for my annual visit and pap (so I thought.) A couple weeks after my visit I had not heard anything so I called for my results. I was informed on the phone a pap wasn’t done and the guidelines had changed. This was never discussed with me, and I had driven 2 hours for nothing. I was assured the next year I would have a pap. 2018 I go for my annual visit and pap (so I thought) and while there I also asked the nurse that took me back AND the Dr when she came in to test me for yeast and bacteria due to discharge following a few hot tub visits. The Pap test was all right there set up in the counter. Over a week later, I call because, again, I had heard nothing. I was informed no pap or discharge test were done and the guidelines had changed. For the 2nd year in a row, I… drove 2 hours for absolutely nothing, and my request for 2 specific tests were not completed and not one person said a word to me about it. The nurse I spoke to on the phone agreed that this was completely unacceptable and that she would inform Dr Flora and the office manager and someone would get back with me. That was over a week ago. Do you think I have heard from anyone? Doesn’t matter, the damage is done. The patient care here is completely unacceptable and the care and communication that I have received are absolutely horrible.

She was perfect for us! Very informative and compassionate. She is a straight shooter which I appreciate. She delivered two of my babies and very sad that she will not be able to deliver my third (we moved out of state). I highly recommend her!

Most kind caring will to listen Doctor. I travel 50 miles to see and she is so worth it. Love the office staff also. My opinion best around

Wonderful bedside manner, listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. Excellent communication with phone and e-mail. Staff and surgery team were all excellent. Dr. Flora was in to see me at sunrise and I was released be taken home by my family. Recovery has been good. So happy I found Dr. Flora to perform my surgery.

Dr. Flora is an amazing physician. She was my ob for all three of my children and I trust her completely. She is kind and patient. She reassured me and all of my fears. After my third, I had some blood pressure issues that lasted for approximately six weeks. She was extremely involved and even kept track of me while she was off for her own children's birthdays. It meant the world to me. I could never find an unkind word to say about Dr. Flora. She is the best physician I have ever had.

I love Dr. Flora. She is calm, sweet, reassuring, and provides great care. She delivered my last child and will soon be delivering another one of mine. I really appreciate her. She never makes me feel hurried, and always offers to answer questions.

I heard good things about her, so I was excited and looked forward on my appointment. Long story short, I left her office disappointed and more anxious. She wasn't very reassuring and I felt hurried with my appointment. She also sped through my overall health condition and history. If you're looking for a thorough doctor, I would advice to look somewhere else.
