Listen, I know every Doctor gets complains but if you read what some are complaining about is actually out of ANY Doctors control. I feel like the staff from the front desk to the labs to the Botox etc are all excellent! Not one person in there was rude. It is not their job to entertain your feelings . We are there to get the best help with the problems we have. I felt like Dr McCain is very warm and inviting and Stacy Hammond is just as kind. I love their Honesty about anything you ask them . Straight shooters are not Snobs..They are matter of fact people and I love that. I just want to say I have enjoyed my talks with both Doctors and all their staff. So Thank you all for doing everything in your power to help women out like me. So yes 5 stars hands down.

Her actions caused the death of my grandson.

I've had several issues and thought I had to deal with pain forever. Dr. McCain found the source of my issues, gave me options, and has followed up and monitored me closely. She also address any concerns I had along the way. I am so thankful for the care from her and her staff. They are all very attentive and kind.

Stacy Hammond unfortunately talked me into using the BioTe pellets. I was told that the pellet would balance my hormones & I could eventually discontinue taking my meds that I was prescribed by my other doctors. WRONG!!!! That is a BIG lie. The meds I was prescribed should have NEVER been discontinued, And I was also charged for a pellet that was NEVER inserted.

The worst Doctor ever just money for her

I heard about Dr. McCain from a friend that LOVES her. I decided to go and get some things tested to see what I needed in order to feel my best and she was awesome at diagnosing my needs! I am so glad I decided to see her!

Very friendly staff, very informative. All appointments on time with very little waiting.

She ordered unnecessary tests and wanted to do unnessary procedures. Probably for insurance money. One I'm sure of and have a good idea about another one. This made me worry that there were things wrong with my baby and I that weren't. I don't understand how someone could do that to a person. As soon as I switched, my provider said there was nothing wrong and I didn't need the procedures she wanted to do. They don't explain directions well and the nurses are invasive and rude. The receptionist still didn't know my name after going there 9 months. Appointments were impossible and if you canceled just one you'd get a threat of being dropped. When I actually got the doctor (usually a nurse) she would stick me and say two words and jet off. The nurses were the same. Even after my kid was born, she barely looked at the baby. No "Aww your baby is beautiful" or anything. This is a very impersonal place. I was heartbroken with my experiences and I'm not hard to please, I just want a… competent, honest, and caring doctor. I get that it's a business to make money but I'm not a number. I'm a human being. And I will never get over being used and made to worry in order for them to scam my insurance. I would never bash someone if it wasn't to save someone else from an awful experience. Do not use this OB!

I chose Stephani mccain because i felt comfortable with having a woman as an ob BIG mistake she never seemed concerned about me was there for just a paycheck I went into preterm labor she took forever to come up to the hospital & check on me then took forever to find a out of town hospital that had room to take me since I was 3 months early by the time she did the helicopter was waiting and boom my water broke they had no choice but to deliver thank god for the nic u & their team they saved my sons life they made room for him even though they didn't have any she never came to check on me my white cells were to low & I had a bad infection if he would have been 1 week sooner they said they wouldn't have even tried so I suggest you never get caught up w quack Dr. Stepanie McCain she's the worst
