Stefanie Walker is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing therapy services. She is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Trauma Advance Trained Clinician. Her counseling style is strength based and she feels it is important to meet a client where they are at in their healing journey. She feels it is important that myself and the client are both working toward a common goal to develop coping skills, while empowering the client to live their best life. She has worked with clients affected by depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, self-esteem issues, parenting issues, ADHD, LGBTQ, prejudice and discrimination and coping with life changes in general specialize in the following types of therapy that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Person Centered Therapy as well as Exposure Therapy.
