My niece recently went to Dr, Franco she had pain on her side he told her she has back problems and needs to exercise more , gave her 3 different prescriptions to take ,,,I told her do not fill them get another option she did they took a urine test she has a slight infection of the kidney OMG this doctor is the worst ever.... Please see another doctor all he likes to do is give out prescriptions .... Not good ! not worth rating either

I like Dr Franco. Yes, the wait can be a bit long, but anytime I've come in as a walk-in I've never had a problem. Once when I became ill while out of town, Dr Franco was very helpful and coordinated very well with the local medical staff. He also provided a prompt diagnosis for my daughter, which ultimately saved her life. I travel from the Nassau County border, and it is certainly worth the trip to Brooklyn.

I would not recomend this doctor. Their biz card says the walks in are welcomed, but they make you wait at least 1 and half hour. And if you make an appointment, you still have to wait about 50 minutes... The ladies working at the front are very nasty. Once you get to the triage area, you have to wait till the doctor screams your name and it is you that you have to walk into his triage area...I came in with the symptons of cold and he said it was an alergy. When I protestad I never had an alergy in my life, he was stick with his prediction. They have sent my samples to lab and I never got anything back from them. I do NOT recomend Dr Franco!!!
