Dr. Stella S. Hahn, MD

Called to make an appointment on April 23, 2025 at 1230pm. The receptionist had a very bad attitude, no patience, and hung up on me while I was speaking on the phone and trying to give my insurance info. Very disrespectful receptionist. I was a potential new patient.

Dr. Hahn and her Staff are a cut above. I moved here from NJ and they got me in good shape right away. I have COPD and sleep APNEA so I needed help getting setup with machines, oxygen and CPAP machines.

My experience with Dr Hahn has been quite satisfactory. She was very thorough and followed through as she promised. The billing dept may be a little iffy, not quite as efficient as it could be. But that shouldn't be a reflection on the Dr herself. I would strongly recommend Dr Hahn.

Dr Hahn on my first visit seemed fine. However during my visit I was given a prescription. It needed pre authorization. almost two weeks and several calls to pharmacy insurance company and dr hahn office and they still have not sent the pressurization. I had to beg them to call the insurance office to get it done because their faxes were not received. Was told yesterday it would be done. Called my insurance company and nothing in. DISGUSTING that you have to beg and beg to get something done. Oh yeah they did make sure to tell me right up front to pay my co payment. That they did very efficiently
