Dr. Sten Erik Kramer, MD

Sten Kramer is one of the best and most caring doctors I've ever met. His office is always busy for a reason and that's because his patients see the results of his good work. My back issues have become worse with age and my refusal to slow down. Sten has taken care of me for years and I shudder to think what my back would feel like without him.

Dr. Sten Kramer is a great Doctor & diagnostician, who tries to alleviate your pain and does not give up easily. His Office and Staff are caring, efficient and kind. Cannot say enough positives about Dr. Kramer.

I can't say enough about Dr. Sten Kramer and his Physician Assistant, Robin Ray. Kramer Orthopedics came highly recommended to me for care related to my sci. I've been treating with this office for almost 2 years and I'm confident they have my best interest at heart. At every appointment I have been greeted with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, life hasn't been very easy with my diagnosis, but I appreciate the knowledge and resources that Dr. Kramer and Robin have provided me. I will forever be grateful for the endless amounts of time they have spent on making my life easier. I honestly don't know what I would do without this office!

Puppy mill. Production line. All about the money making. Ironically, this doc has no compassion for pain sufferers. He is uncaring, can’t multi-task, no personality, poor bedside manner (wouldn’t even look me in the eye) and all about himself. Always late. I am saddened for the patients he’s treated (and mistreated). I’m certain that a high percentage of the procedures he’s performed are unnecessary and only to benefit his money making enterprise, much to the chagrin of his pained and often elderly patients. I have been in the medical field for 40+ years so I have a great comparison. He certainly is not abiding by nor paying justice to the Hippocratic Oath! Too, too bad and so sad.

True, the front office staff could do a better job by telling you how long you might have to wait. Sometimes you have a wait longer for really good Doctors, and this is one. He has helped me a great deal with back pain. I didn't find the staff unprofessional or stupid as others have. Dr. Sten was very professional, a good diagnostician, and very willing to answer all questions. I would recommend this practice.

Nice guy but I'm in more pain than when I started - stem is in net work but his surgicenter is not - they won't tell you that - cost is $750 -should be $25 Office staff very unprofessional Find another Dr !!!

I am totally impressed with Dr. Kramer and his office staff for multiple reasons. The staff were all very professional and efficient. Dr. Kramer completed a thorough history and examination and explained my condition and treatment recommendations very clearly. I felt that he listened to and addressed my concerns and that all my questions were answered. The office was very organized in future scheduling needs and I would certainly recommend him highly to anyone considering scheduling an appointment.

I guess I will never know if the doctor is good or not. Made appointment 3 weeks in advance, showed up on time and was told the doctor was not available for another 4 weeks and they had been trying to call me. However they never did call or leave a message. I was told the PA could give me an assessment, well guess what? That's not why I drove 20 miles for this doctor. I got an apology for something which I don't know what. They could not apologize for forgetting to call me. To top it off thy made it seem like I was lying about not getting a call from them. The office manager was a complete moron and mentioned she would have to check the system to see if it was working properly. Really??? If I got a call or a message why would I show up? Can't say anything about the doctor, but does not give me a good feeling to think they hire these kind of people. I guess they can afford to lose patients. Stay away from this office, if the staff is so incompetent image what could happen later. … Summarizing, I lost a day of work and another $30 in transportation to get ridiculed by ignorant and incompetent secretaries.
