Came in for a cancer screening and skin checkup. He spent all of about 3 min. for the screen by just quickly looking at my skin. Passed right over a problem area and I had to ask him to look at bit more closely. Then he told me that it might be ACTINIC KERATOSIS, I had to ask him what that was and if it is pre-cancerous. His whole response was "not really" Then moved on. I expected more and at least be treated like he might care. I'm not going back to him. I guess I'm find, but I don't think he really looked that hard so maybe I'm not. This is not the way you want to leave a doctor's office.

Second Dermatologist i have seen at Kaiser. The first one was terrible and barely looked me over. Dr. Kempiak explained everything, was thorough and professional. He is my goto dermatologist now and am happy.

Dr Kempiak has seen my girlfriend for various skin conditions and every time she returns she has reported subtle yet creepy experiences ranging from distasteful comments to touching. Nothing blatant but after a few consecutive experiences something to take note of.

was seen by Dr. Kempiak for a rash on my feet and in my mouth. I was diagnosed with Lichen Planus. He informed me that it could affect the vaginal area and asked to examine me there. He asked my how my sex life was. After refusing the vaginal exam 3 times (with no nurse in the room) and no vaginal complaints he prescribed me 2 topical steroid creams. He told me to put the same cream on my tongue as on my foot. I asked him if there was a specific mouth formulation and he said "no". Come to find out after a 2nd and 3rd opinion, I should not have put those creams in my mouth and there was no need for a vaginal exam. This doctor is sick in the head and tried to retaliate against me by making me put nasty cream on my tongue after I wouldn't show him my junk! He also wrote in my medical record that there was a nurse present and that I had vaginal symptoms. Kaiser has done nothing about it. WATCH OUT LADIES!!!
