Summary
Dr. Lynn served as the President of the American College of Emergency Physicians' New York Chapter, the Chair of the Regional Emergency Medicine Service of New York City, founded the Regional Emergency Medical Advisory Committee of New York City, and was a member of the New York State Emergency Medical Services Council. He chaired the American College of Emergency Physicians' Committee on Hospital Overcrowding and ED Volume in the early nineties. Dr. Lynn founded the Emergency Medicine Club at the College of Physicians and Surgeons. He participated in the design and organization of both of the new ED's at St. Luke's and Roosevelt Hospitals and more recently Beth Israel's Kings Highway Division. He now serves as the Director of the Emergency Department of the St. Luke's Hospital.
