My mission is to provide comprehensive services that promote creative growth, on-task development, and resiliency. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families in all seasons of their life. I enjoy helping clients and their families work on obtaining the tools they need to survive life stressors, challenges, and events that are uncontrollable. I love using a Cognitive Behavioral perspective but integrating other evidenced based approaches to help meet each client's individual needs. I am very interactive in my therapy and make therapy comfortable and life changing. I feel being genuine with the clients is the most valuable way to help promote growth and stabilization. My area of expertise includes depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, anger management, grief, and coping skills.
