Dr. Stephanie Allen Lilly

Have not had follow up .

Today I went to this clinic, for consultation and ultrasound, my appointment was 1:15pm and I arrive 1:08pm, the day before they asked me if I can print the paperwork and fill them out but I told them I didn’t have ink on my printer. Well (2 hours driving from home) I went to the reception and they asked me for my id and insurance card and they gave me the paperwork (like10 pages) to fill out which I did, I went to the restroom and went back to sit down for about 10 minutes, then they call me and went in and stay in the room for 10 or 15 minutes to put on the shorts and plenty of time to put on the counter my medications and my 2 ultrasounds. Then came Stephanie Lilly MD and she started asking me questions related to my family health history and asked me what brings me in and I started telling her my symptoms and then she asked me what medications I was taking so I told her the names and there was one medication that the name has like 20 letters on it and I told her look is the little… jar you can see and read the prescription name and she told me “I’m a doctor not a secretary and I’m not gonna do that job” then I asked her to see my ultrasounds and she told me “I’m not gonna see those because I’m gonna do an ultrasound but not today because you took a long time to fill the paperwork” so she took my medications to the receptionist to put the name of it on my paperwork and left and I went to the receptionist and told her “Give me my medications and my papers that I’m getting out of here and that Dr. Stephanie was rude to me and I deserve respect and that I wasted my 2 hours trip for treating me so mean and that I will post this message for people to read” this doctor is about the money not compassionate with her patients, and believe me I have seen doctors and I have never see such a bad attitude and rudeness, thank you for wasting my time and make me drive back home crying.

Dr. Lilly is always on time and compassionate. She listens to your concerns. If you have a problem she gives you her cell phone number and always calls you back. She is very competent in the procedures. They go very smooth and painless. She has an excellent bedside manner. I always feel like they value my time as a patient as i never have to wait over 5-10 minutes when I arrive. Recommend this office and dr lilly 100%

The office is always on time. the employees there are so nice. They really value your time and have you in and out quickly and they do an amazing job.

the staff is so friendly, the office is always on time. You can tell they really care about how you are doing and your outcomes. I had an amazing experience. Dr. lilly has a wonderful caring bedside manner.

very unprofessional only tells you what you want to hear save your money go on a world cruise that is how much they will charge you now after 2 years I have blood clots my legs look HORRIBLE

Dr. Lilly and her team are thorough, clear in explanations and expectations, with delivery of care being superb. I wish my primary was as adept and caring as Dr. Lilly.
