0 STARS. I worked for her the worst 2 weeks of my life. I have no respect for someone like this. Please do not go to her. Terrible! ????

0 STARS! Terrible business. Do not go to her! Save yourself time and money. No shows, late cancels, any extra fee she can charge will be charged.

Dr. Burrell's office is absolutely horrible. I scheduled a physical and blood work.The medical assistant was unable to draw blood from myself or the patient after me. I chose not to let the 2nd assistant try . I went to a hh lab to get the blood drawn. i was done in less than 5 minutes (no issues). I was scheduled a 10:30 am telemedicine appt on a Monday to review my blood work with the doctor . I didnt receive a call at this time. I immediately called the office to inquire on why the appt was missed. I didnt get an answer. I called multiple times and left messages thru the portal . I called the office all day every day for 4 days with no answer. Dr. Burell finally called me back on the evening of the 4th day and blamed the entire situation on me. She said the office called earlier on the morning of my appt for a co-pay , this was the reason for the no show. She was extremely rude , argumentative and unprofessional . She wouldnt identify herself when she called

Long waits to get appointments (3 days was my last wait as an established patient), poor communication among staff and doctor (she acted like she didn't know why I was there), and to top it off Dr. Burrell is rude and makes you feel like an idiot who is wasting her precious time. I would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Burrell is a doctor that is not knowledgeable in the medical field. She doesnt wear a lab coat. She walks around in tight jeans and high heel shoes.She always say she has a plan and refer you to another doctor which is more co-pay. I stop going there and will not return.

I spent an entire month calling, filling out new patient forms and multiple medical release forms, one of which was for my mother's psychiatrist, only to be turned away because Dr. Burrell "didn't feel comfortable that she could provide adequate care". When I called back to get clarification on why she couldn't provide care for someone who is stabilized on medication and just needs general wellness checkups, the receptionist told me she would call me back with an answer but she didn't and obviously never intended to. This was after several other times I called for a status check and to book a date and was told they were waiting on something and would call me back, which they never did. I don't understand why they strung me along for an entire month and didn't turn me away as soon as they saw mental illness on the new patient form. I also find it disturbing that Dr. Burrell is too incompetent or discriminating to provide general health services to someone with a mental illness… diagnosis who is stable on medication.

Yes, Dr Burrell can get a little perturbed with patients and impatient, maybe because she feels stressed; but she is a good doctor. She tries her best that her patients get the best medical care from specialists for specific problems. Her staff, especially her nurse assistant, is the worse! Which maybe Dr Burrell's biggest problem. Her assistant, Nikki, has a terrible bedside manner, and blows off patients like they make a big deal about their personal issues.

Dr. Burrell is wonderful. She listens intently and spends as much time with you as needed. The staff is amazing. After a few visits now, I have decided that Dr. Burrell will be our new family doctor.

Very very rude. Wouldn't recommend Dt. Burrel to anyone. Her office is always overbooked and her receptionist is very rude. She told me i couldn't make any appointments for my mother because i wasn't on her HIPPA forms when i had been doing it for months. We should have switched sooner. Dr Burrel yelled at my mom in front of her staff and acted very unprofessionally all because we were having financial problems and had to break one appointment. She doesn't care about her patients. Very rude with my boyfriend too. Refused to treat him. Kept referring him to other doctors who were expensive who did the exact same things she could have done. Do not go here if you want any quality healthcare.
