One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. Had to wait 45 minutes in a waiting room with only one other patient. That by itself is not such a big deal. The doctor made no eye contact, didn't greet me when she came in the room, just started asking about my medical history even though I had filled out a multi-page form while in the waiting room. The doctor examined my foot and without telling me what she was doing, without giving me a diagnosis, started to perform a minor procedure on my foot. I thought she was doing this in order to diagnose me. I asked what was going on with my foot, and she said she would discuss that with me "later". After she finished with my foot she had one of the receptionists bring in a consent form. AFTER THE PROCEDURE(!), which she called "surgery". I asked why I wasn't given the CONSENT form before this "surgery" and she said, "The consent form is for what I just did." As if she didn't understand what "consent" means.… Completely shady and dishonest. Then she threatened me, if I didn't sign it, I would have to pay CASH OUT OF POCKET for the "surgery". At no point prior to what she did, did she tell me my diagnosis, or what she was doing or why, or discuss any risks of the procedure with me, or answer any questions. She refused to answer questions about what she did to my foot or why, other than calling it "surgery". While I was in the room with the doctor, one of the receptionists (I believe her name was Maria) came in the room to discuss another patient's request for pain medication, right in front of me. She said the patient's name and the name of the medication she was asking for. (The other patient had come in while I was in the waiting room, and was still in the waiting room at this point). After the receptionist left the room, the doctor said to me about the other patient, in a very disrespectful and dismissive tone, "She can't just come back in here after an appointment with another request, just because she's in pain." Definite HIPAA violation there. The doctor told me what I had was not serious, and did not require further "treatment" although it would come back. She wrote my diagnosis (again, this is AFTER the "surgery") on a post-it, and told me I could "Google it later"! Then after she left the room, the receptionist came in and said the doctor was prescribing a compound for me, but that it would not be covered by insurance and I'd have to pay CASH right then and there for it. This was right after the doctor had said that no further "treatment" was required. I said "no" to this, as it seemed like further fraud from the doctor. This doctor's behavior was competely unprofessional and shady, especially giving the consent form AFTER a procedure, with no discussion of what condition I had, risks, treatment, nothing. And she discussed another patient's treatment in front of me. Insurance fraud for sure, and it seemed like this was standard operating procedure at this office. The two receptionists seemed fine, but they were clearly used to the doctor behaving this way, and it's hard to believe that someone who works in a medical office doesn't understand medical fraud or consent or HIPAA regulations, which they were clearly witnessing and involved with (esp. the HIPAA violation). Please read the other reviews and you'll see this horrible experience is not an isolated incident. I wish I had checked more thoroughly before making an appointment. Find another foot doctor - this one is unethical, dishonest, and disrespectful, billing insurance for "surgery" that never happened and trying to get a patient to pay cash for a "compound". She has no regard for HIPAA regulations and patient privacy and confidentiality. This practice should be shut down.

Don't go there!!!!!!! Her assistant is very rude , mean and don't have service minded at all. She made mistakes again and again! I have been there almost 3 weeks, I didn't get all the creams that doctor ordered for me She didn't make the appointment for me to see the doctor. She said I have to wait for 60 days. My insurance will not pay for it. She is a liar! Last time I didn't bring the mask. She asked me to go back home!! But I saw a bunch of masks on the desk so I asked her "Can I have the mask"? she said "no" she doesn't have the mask. Liar again! I will not go back there anymore. She like to yell at me. She thinks she can do anything that she wants!!! VERY VERY RUDE!!!! Terrible experience!!

Absolutely unsatisfied with the service. Doctor is knowledgeable however, have unpleasant attitude and stuff is so rude and unprofessional highly recommend see other doctors. Also stuff is only friendly towards Spanish speaking community members
