Dr. Stephanie Yurochko Clop, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr Clop’s for about 15 years, and she’s one of those doctors that you find maybe one or two of in your lifetime: a doctor who really cares, and listens to what you have to say. She spends as long as you need during an office visit, and doesn’t propel you in and out like many places do. She’s always given me plenty of time, and when there’s a problem, she finds a solution. She’s very skilled with different procedures, and has treated many areas of my body, giving me injections when I needed that, tried new non-narcotic drugs, ointments and creams, and helped me when I traveled overseas for a medical procedure where they couldn’t prescribe narcotics legally in that country. She’s an outstanding doctor, and an amazing person. I trust her completely.

Prone to temper tantrums. Late for appointments. Claims to be pain specialist, yet does not understand a patient may be in too much pain to make an appointment. Yet, she can reschedule appointments at last moment or make me wait 2 hours, without an explanation or "I'm sorry". She does not have a nurse. She has a medical assistant, which requires a high school diploma. Medical assistant has angry demeanor. Together, they make a great reason to avoid this practice.

Dr Clop is an excellent doctor. I see her as an amputee for my phantom pains and my back pain. She takes her time and explains things. Wonderful person. I highly recommend her

Lacks integrity, dishonest, unprofessional, unethical and gives diagnostic opinions that lack medical evidence.

Saw Dr. Clop who seemed fine during the diagnosis stage. After several visits she recommended a spinal cortisone shot. She performed this x-ray guided procedure herself, but punctured the dura membrane and gave me an immediate, severe spinal headache as soon as I tried to sit up. I can understand that mistakes happen, but what I cannot understand is Dr. Clop's denial of my headache and complete disregard for the pain I was experiencing. Her demeanor completely changed when this happened, and she became very unhelpful. Fortunately, an anesthesiologist was able to administer a patch and spare me what he said could be up to 6-8 weeks of pain.

Dr. Clop is the very best doctor that has treated me...I've been being treated for over 7 yrs. She really cares about her patients and doing what she can for their pain. The hardest part of a visit with her is getting the appointment,,also the wait can be very long and tiring.. but the one thing that makes me sit patiently...I know she will take just as much time with me when she finally sees me!!

I have many doctors that cover a lager number of fields. She is by far the best doctor I have now or have ever had. If you need a doc in her field then I highly recomend her. Thank You

I have been under the care of Dr. Clop for many years. Dr.Clop and her assistant Cindy, are exceptional. I have never had absolute trust in any medical doctor - I do and have in Dr. Clop. Dr. Clop and Cindy are honest, kind, caring and extraodinary in every sense of the word. What a joy it has been to be the patient of a medical doctor and nurse who love what they do.

Dr. Clop was extremely pleasant, thorough and seemed to geniunely care about helping me with a chronic problem. My only complaint is the waiting time in her office. Her assistant can be difficult to deal with. Filling out forms online is a must, although it appears that neither the nurse or Dr. Clop actually reads them. Despite the negatives, it is worth putting up with them to get the kind of medical attention she gives her patients.

My experience with her is that she was super nice, super smart, and really seemed to care about the issues and possible solutions I was having. Ordered tests that actually ended up identifying the problem other docs never found, helped me understand the results with visual aids and by answering all of my questions thoroughly. Great bedside manner, very knowledgable, helped me more than any other doc for a chronic and painful problem - what more could you want? Truly a great doc.
