Spends no time with patients, just takes there money

Very poor service and nothing but a money scam. Doctor came in and looked at me for 2 seconds. Was so worried about corona virus so she looked at my throat for not even a second and said nothing was wrong. Don't be opened if you're not going to treat patients professionally and with care. But they demanded that I pay $200 for her doing nothing. She also tried to order tests that had nothing to do with what I was feeling or saying. If you want good care and don't want to waste your money then do not see Dr. Cordes Very disappointing and all she's doing is hurting people, this is very corrupt and I'm disgusted.

I went to so called dr. Cortes with what I thought was tennitus. She was brief and cold with her diagnosis and quite simply did not care. My appointment was at 4 pm and she acted as if I was in her way of getting out of the office . She talked to me for maybe 5 minutes offered very little advice and charged me close to 300 dollars . Her concern is money not the care of her patient . Do yourself a favor and find someone else who really cares about their clients and patients .

had surgery done by cordes she did not straighten my septum poor job on turbinate reduction left massive bone spur that obstructed breathing in nostril etc. when I confronted her about the poor work she did and I still couldn't breath out the left nostril I was bullied in the office treated poorly by her and her nurse and banned from practice. had to have everything redone plus more from another doctor I had no help from anyone from the medical bored or legal help to hold her responsible shes a poor doctor needs her license revoked tx ent stands behind her and just told me they don't care get lost AVOID her and tx ent theres better doctors out there

My insurance company was not helpful. However, Dr. Cordes was very helpful to me in every way, as was her staff

Dr. Cordes is AMAZING!! I went to her after being diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism. She performed surgery to remove one of my parathyroid glands and I had no pain or complications. When I went to have the stitches removed from my incision the nurse was awesome. My incision is healing beautifully and I feel great. I will definitely use Dr. Cordes in the future if needed and I will recommend her to my family and friends!!

My Dad saw Dr. Cordes and had testing afterwards. Once the tests were completed, there was no follow up from the doctors office, didn't even get the results back. Later I tried to get his throat therapy transferred over from one therapy dept. to another. I left messages twice, never was contacted back, I went to the office personally and requested the transfer. Two days later I had to call again and found out they did not write the fax number down correctly. Very unsatisfied with the doctor care and promptness of staff, am looking for new doctor.
